There is a wealth of information available which supports and informs the work within the Information Governance framework. This area provides a range of resources that fall outside of the requirements set by the Information Governance Toolkit. They have been developed to support the services provided by DHCW Primary Care Services.

A set of 'Frequently Asked Questions' have been developed which details some of the common themes and questions we receive through our advice line and from training sessions. 

The Information Governance Support for Primary Care Service publish newsletters on a bi-monthly basis, providing you with updates on support and guidance developed by the Support Service, progress and developments with the IG Toolkit for GMPs, and related IG training and resources which will include ‘Lessons Learnt’ scenarios.
