Microsoft Global Outage

Digital Health and Care Wales maintained close links with Microsoft during the global outage on 25 January, 2023 that impacted Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and other Microsoft online services.

The outage had minimal impact within NHS Wales and did not affect patient care.

Services to NHS Wales users were restored by noon the same day.
