DHCW Director to speak at upcoming MediWales event highlighting Research and Innovation in Wales

An upcoming MediWales event in London will spotlight new technical innovations in NHS Wales and Welsh Life Sciences.

DHCW’s Associate Director of Information, Intelligence & Research, Rachael Powell will be a guest speaker. Rachael said, “Following publication of DHCW’s Research & Innovation Strategy, I’m looking forward to joining colleagues to speak about our plans for working collaboratively with partners to enhance the innovation work in Wales through better data and digital opportunities.”

BioWales London on the 14th of March 2023 is free to attend for all MediWales and partner organisation members.

This event provides a unique platform for exciting new innovations and companies looking for investment and collaborations. With presentations from a variety of Welsh companies at various stages of their investor journey and an expert investor panel. They will also highlight NHS innovation and research collaboration opportunities, with our session ‘Working with the Welsh NHS’ discussing clinical access, adoption and clinical trials.
