A new programme, hosted by the Digital Change Delivery Network, was recently launched at the UK Careers Fair in Principality Stadium, Cardiff.
The new Business Change Support Officer programme will offer successful candidates the opportunity to join Digital Health and Care Wales’ Business Change team and undertake professional qualifications and training alongside their role.
Business Change is leading the way for delivering seamless change within NHS Wales by supporting teams through all aspects of change, from the planning stage through to implementation and beyond.
Stacy Williams, Service Events and Business Co-Ordinator for DHCW’s Digital Change Delivery Network, commented:
“The careers fair provided us with an excellent opportunity to promote the programme to a wider audience. The role has already garnered a lot of attention, and speaking with so many people interested in joining the DHCW team was inspiring. We’re looking forward to the upcoming apprentice fair on March 5th to further promote the role.”
The Business Change team will be in Sophia Gardens on March 5th for the Choose Your Future Apprenticeships Careers Fair, where there will be further opportunities to learn more about this and other roles within DHCW.
