Patients can request repeat prescriptions through the NHS Wales App.
The way the prescriptions are managed through the App is the same as requests from My Health Online. Practices do not need to change their processes for managing prescriptions.
If your practice has more than one location, the NHS Wales App repeat prescription journey includes a free-text field that ask the patient to state which site they want to pick up their prescription from.
