  • managing and accessing their health records
  • abbreviations commonly found in medical records
  • how to get urgent medical care (NHS Wales 111 and 999 services)

If they have a technical problem with the App or want to give feedback about the App in general, they can send feedback within the App using the feedback button.

If patients are having problems with their NHS login account, they will need to visit the NHS login Help Centre.
