A summary of important health information held in the full GP record is made available through WGPR. This includes:
- your name, address, and contact details
- the GP you are currently registered with
- allergies or any adverse reactions to medication
- current and past health problems or diagnosis
- current medication and medication you have been prescribed in the last two years
- results of any tests you have had in the previous year, for example, blood tests and x-rays
- operations, vaccinations, and immunisations
- Blood pressure readings
Examples of information that the WGPR does not allow access to (this is not exhaustive):
- sensitive health information
- family or social history, etc
- private discussions you may have had with your GP
- contraception or pregnancy-related information
