The NHS Wales App is available and can be accessed through a web browser or on a mobile device from:
The recommended versions are for Apple iOS 14 and later, and Android 10 and later.
You can report technical problems within the App or use our online form.
What you can currently do in the App
- use your NHS login to register and verify your identity
- discover other health and care services
- manage blood and organ donation preferences
- find links to NHS 111 Wales, Organ donation and Welsh Blood Service
- use biometrics (fingerprint, face or iris)
- find links to App help and support pages
- send feedback through the App
- register to join user research panels
- access push notifications for prescriptions
- access My health timeline
- access My health journal
You may be able to:
- book, view or cancel appointments
- order repeat prescriptions and view current and past medicines
- access your GP health record
if your GP practice has made these available within the App.
What’s coming next
- Authorised access (manage health services for someone else).
- Hospital waiting list referrals and appointments.
- Nominate a pharmacy.
